- ICBM Technology allows you to shoot ICBMS on the world map - 1 shot per tech level per cycle.
- ICBMs are free on the newbie planets, but defense is automatic and also free.
- Each shot costs $10000. You get one launch for each tech level, ammo regenerates every 10 minute cycle.
- ICBMs can be shot down by Interceptors, or blocked by Defense Screens if the screen is in a sector coting under $10000.
